Hinckley Wins Thriller at Monadnock

WINCHESTER, N.H. -- Les Hinckley led the final three laps en route to victory in the Bond Auto Parts Spring Dash 100 at the Monadnock Speedway. Hinckley, of Windsor Locks, Conn., restarted third after the final caution on Lap 93, with Louie Mechalides and Jon McKennedy in front of him. Hinckley, Mechalides, and McKennedy, along with Monadnock favorite Kirk Alexander, traded the lead back and forth over the final seven laps. Hinckley passed Mechalides for the final time and pulled out slightly to take the checkered flag at Monadnock. Read Full Story
