Keselowski Enters TD Bank 250 With Vermont Team
NASCAR driver Brad Keselowski has announced plans to compete in the Late Model open-competition TD Bank 250 at Maine’s Oxford Plains Speedway on July 18.
Keselowski, who drives for Penske Racing in the NASCAR Sprint Cup and Nationwide Series, will be driving a National Guard Ford owned by Barre’s Kendall Roberts as a teammate to Graniteville driver John Donahue. Read Full Story
MacDonald Two-For-Two At Oxford
OXFORD, Me. -- Just call Oxford Plains Speedway “Eddie’s House.”
Eddie MacDonald cleaned up at the Maine oval for the second time in a month, winning the 150-lap American-Canadian Tour Late Model event there on Saturday night. The Rowley, Mass., driver, a regular on the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East, is now two-for-two in ACT this year, having also won the WJAB 150 at Oxford in May in his only other appearance with the series in 2010. Hinckley Doubles Up With MRS At Thompson
THOMPSON, Conn. -- Les Hinckley is back in a big way on the BobValentiAutoMall.com Modified Racing Series this season, picking up his second victory of 2010 at Thompson Int’l (Conn.) Speedway on Thursday night in the Town Fair Tire 75.
Hinckley, of Windsor Locks, Conn., took advantage of an incident between leaders Mike Stefanik and Rowan Pennink with 20 laps remaining to take the lead, then held off Ted Christopher to back up his win at Airborne Speedway in Plattsburgh, N.Y., last month. Read Full Story
