Montoya Paces First Sprint Cup Practice
LOUDON, N.H. -- Juan Pablo Montoya posted the fastest lap time in the first NASCAR Sprint Cup Series practice for the Lenox Industrial Tools 301 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. Driving the #42 Target Chevrolet, the Bogota, Colombia, native toured the 1.058-mile track in 28.761 seconds at 133.429 mph to lead the 90-minute session on Friday. Read Full Story
Cyr Optimistic For White Mountain
NORTH WOODSTOCK, N.H. -- Jean-Paul Cyr is a seven-time American-Canadian Tour champion, owns 19 career victories, and is widely considered to be one of the all-time greats in northern New England short track history.
Through four races in 2010, Cyr sits a distant 14th in standings, 156 points out of the lead, with a best finish of 13th place. As one of the top-two leaders in virtually every statistical category in the history of the series, Cyr is having arguably the worst season of his career.

Chaffee Leads Twin State Modified Series To Big Daddy's

RUMNEY, N.H. -- Kevin Chaffee leads the Twin State Modified Series to Sunday’s event at Big Daddy’s Speedbowl, but the road has not been an easy one.
Chaffee, of Orange, Vt., won the Gravco Janitorial/Jasper Engines Twin State Modified Series opener at Canaan Dirt Speedway, but was involved in a multi-car wreck at Bear Ridge Speedway last weekend that perched rookie Derek Graham’s car on top of Chaffee’s Fornwalt Excavation/Interstate Batteries #73 car.
