NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla. -- Tuesday night’s American Racer Challenge 100 for the American-Canadian Tour at New Smyrna Speedway was postponed due to rain. A poll was taken among the teams and it was determined the event will be made up at 7:30pm on Wednesday.
The event for Tuesday was canceled by New Smyrna Speedway officials shortly before the first practice session was set to hit the track. Twenty-one cars had returned to New Smyrna Speedway following Monday night’s American Racer Challenge opener that saw Eddie MacDonald collect his second win in as many nights in American-Canadian Tour competition.
A 20-car invert will set the field for Wednesday night’s starting lineup.
Vermont Motorsports Magazine will have more from the American Racer Challenge soon.
