Bear Ridge Banquet Set For December 11

BRADFORD -- The Bear Ridge Speedway 99ROCK Weekly Racing Series is set to acknowledge the top-finishing points competitors in each of its divisions plus the Ridge Runner Hornet Queens from its 43rd consecutive season, on Saturday, December 11, at the annual awards banquet.
The banquet, scheduled to kick into gear at 5:00pm, will be held at the Lake Morey Inn in Fairlee, Vermont. Read Full Story
Like Son, Like Father: Piersons Add To Family Legacy

BRADFORD -- Gene Pierson has been at it a long time. He won his first Bear Ridge Speedway championship in 1984, just a year after his son Adam was born.
But it had been 26 years since that title in the track’s famed Sportsman Coupe division. In that time span, Adam had not only grown up and gone through school, he’d won five track championships of his own. Read Full Story

BRADFORD -- The Pierson family added a significant page to the Vermont stock car racing history book on Saturday at Bear Ridge Speedway, as Gene and Adam Pierson became the first father-son team to win championships in the same season at the 43 year-old track. Read Full Story
