Forecasted inclement weather delays historic event

OXFORD, Maine --
Race fans will have to wait one more day for one of the most hype up events in recent northern New England racing history.

A forecast that saw inclement weather predicted for Saturday has forced Oxford Plains Speedway officials, along with American-Canadian Tour and Pro All Stars Series officials, to postpone the first ACT/PASS doubleheader one day to Sunday, April 19.

The event had been previously scheduled for Saturday, April 18.

Tentatively, the event schedule will remain the same as it was with the American-Canadian Tour 150-lap feature event running before the PASS AIM Recycling Super Late Model 150-lap event. The first green flag for heat race qualifying will drop at 2:00pm.
